Gen Y Needs to Get a Clue ... Quickly

From MSNBC:

Good one. It's amazing how many of them think they're entitled to a 50k salary and a 30 hr work week right out of school... With no managerial direction of course. Finding candidates can be challenging.

Perhaps we can send your post out as a text message or on Facebook?

"Dang. I gotta get that video of me sucking tequila out of some chick's ass in Cabo off YouTube so I can make six figures an Ernst & Young."

The part of this article I love most is that it took a fucking consulting firm to make this point.

Google yourself. If you find pictures of yourself doing bonghits, a potential employer is going to find that stuff and say "thanks but no thanks." You want to put a tattoo on your ass crack, knock yourself out. You put a picture of it up there linked to your resume? Doesn't anyone have any fucking common sense anymore?

Seriously, these kids need to wake up and smell the proverbial coffee. After all, without the right job, how are they going to pay for my social security??
